Walmart.com is an eCommerce icon and the world's largest retailer, yet even giants have room to grow. We partnered to improve the online customer experience and increase social engagement. Through the use of data, customer insights, and trend analysis we identified the opportunity for a grassroots campaign which we called #WearWalmart. The program drove a 10% conversion rate, outpacing Walmart's benchmark 2% conversion rate by 5X.
